Competitive basic salaries – we set all of our staff realistic sales targets but we also believe in offering you the personal security of a high basic salary. You’ll have an annual pay review when your salary may be automatically increased alongside any of the coaching and training that you feel you need.
Uncapped monthly commission structure for our Sales team - sales agents can earn unlimited commission at part of the scheme and on every transaction.
Company wide annual bonus scheme - we all work towards company targets and share the full benefits.
Personal progression plan – beginning with your initial induction training programme, you’ll have a personal progression plan in your first two years with the company. This includes full testing and YGT certificates. We even hold occasional destination and training evenings with tourist boards hosting as well in London and overseas.
Generous holidays - all of our people get 25 days holiday plus all national holidays per year. We want you to make the most of your holiday time! If you take no sick days in a year then you get 2 extra days holiday the year after.
Familiarisation trips – every year we offer UK, European worldwide educational trips as an opportunity to discover new destinations and improve your product knowledge. In 2017 alone we will send team members to over 12 countries. You will be encouraged to go on at least 4 trips a year in your first 2 years!
Staff sporting events - we regularly host staff events. In recent years, we have played rugby at Twickenham and football at our sponsored AFC Wimbledon. We have a cricket and golf team too!
Daily breakfast and fruit – there is such a thing as a free breakfast! We offer a healthy breakfast and fruit on a weekly basis.
Flexible working hours – for our sales team we operate a shift system with a centralised, online roster so you can request shift changes online. In all other areas of the business we have reduced working hours to 37.5 hours per week so that you are able to enjoy a better work / home life balance. We’re also open to home working arrangements and the possibility of a 3 or 4 day working week for example, to benefit working parents. This is agreed on a case by case basis.
Pension contribution– we contribute to your workplace pension scheme on a monthly basis.
